Parents want to bring out the best in their children, encouraging them to take on larger and larger responsibilities as they expand their horizons. Moms and Dads tackle the challenge of raising a family that not only helps itself, but also engages the broader community.
Governments need to encourage and support the ability of parents to nurture their own children, allowing fathers and mothers to raise sons and daughters without interference.
